CLOVERHAY LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a company established in the United States. We provide AI model inference services through caisl.cc and related APIs (the “Services”). Model inference is performed in Singapore.
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our website and Services, including inference requests received through OpenRouter.
We process content submitted in inference requests, including prompts, messages, attachments, and tool inputs, together with generated outputs (“Customer Content”), solely to fulfill those requests.
If you contact us, we also process the contact information and correspondence you voluntarily provide.
We do not retain Customer Content. Customer Content is processed transiently, solely as necessary to fulfill the inference request, and is not stored by us.
We use information to provide, operate, and improve the Services; to respond to inquiries; to maintain security and prevent misuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Services, where required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Customer Content is processed in Singapore.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
